Why isn’t free shipping working with my bundle purchase over $100?

What qualifies for free shipping?

Free shipping applies to ground shipping within the U.S. for orders over $100. Happy shopping!

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Due to increased order volume, there may be delays in shipping. Rest assured, Standard Shipping orders placed before 3PM PST 12/12 and Expedited Shipping orders placed before 3PM PST on 12/18 (US only) will arrive by 12/24—we can’t guarantee an exact ETA right now. Will returns or exchanges be accepted for International Orders?

Do you accept returns?

Do you accept exchanges for US orders?
We accept size exchanges for unworn & unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for orders delivered in the United States. We are currently unable to accept exchanges on International orders. You can start your exchange within our exchange portal here.

What should I do if my product is damaged?
Quality is our top priority. If your product arrives damaged, please reach out at hello@togethxr.com with your order number, photo of the damage and your shipping address and we’ll get you a replacement ASAP!

The varsity colorways were a limited release. However, we value our customers’ preferences! How should we wash your product?
To maintain the quality of your garment, we recommend washing with like colors and either hang drying or tumble drying on low heat.

Why is my shirt and hoodie fading?
Our hoodies are naturally dyed, and fading over time is expected. It's a natural characteristic of the dyeing process.
