EXCHANGES US ORDERS:

Unless the product is final sale, or otherwise listed as non-returnable, TOGETHXR will provide an exchange or store credit so long as TOGETHXR has available inventory in requested size, and the original product is unused and undamaged with the original packaging intact, and the exchange to TOGETHXR is initiated within 14 days of receiving your product with all original packaging and the receipt of purchase.

When TOGETHXR’s warehouse accepts your exchange, they will process the store credit refund for your order or send the replacement product. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CREDITS ARE EXCLUSIVE OF SHIPPING COSTS, HANDLING, GIFT BOX, RESTOCKING FEE AND OTHER APPLICABLE CHARGES. Exchanges are subject to availability, if the item is out of stock you will be provided with a store credit.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. For any questions, comments, or concerns regarding RETURNS OR EXCHANGES please email hello@Togethxr.com.

EXCHANGES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Regrettably, we’re unable to accept exchanges or returns for shipments made outside of the United States. All International Shipments are considered final sale.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We are a small but mighty team processing small batch orders so, regrettably, we do not accept returns at this time, nor do we provide refunds.
