The Best Moments from the 2024 Paralympic Games

The Summer Games have ended, but para-athletes from around the world gave fans so many incredible moments to look back on. From smashing records to showcasing unfathomable grit and toughness, these are some of TOGETHXR’s favorite moments from the 2024 Paralympic Games.

First Finish

Caroline Groot (Netherlands) won the first gold medal of the Games. She finished the 500m track cycling time trial event in the C4-5 category in 35.390 seconds, setting a new world record.

The Master(s) of Cycling

Team USA’s Oksana Masters continued her reign as one of the greatest multisport Paralympians in history. She claimed gold in the H4-5 para-cycling individual time trials, bringing her total to eight golds and 19 Paralympic medals overall.
